SMART
Long-Term Focus On The Production And Sales Of Various Smelting Materials
Production Process
Raw Material Preparation
After the raw materials are processed such as crushing and screening, they are mixed according to a certain proportion to prepare ingredients.
Calcination
After the ingredients are calcined, high-temperature clinker can be obtained. This process mainly evaporates some volatile substances in the required raw materials to make the final product more pure.
Smelting
The calcined ingredients are smelted in a blast furnace. In the furnace, pulverized coal or coke is used as a reducing agent to reduce the oxides in it and dissolve them in the iron to finally obtain an alloy. During the smelting process, raw materials need to be continuously added, and the slag in the furnace must also be continuously discharged.
Out Of The Oven
After the smelting process lasts for several hours, the alloy finally formed on the bottom of the furnace is discharged. At this stage, attention needs to be paid to the cooling rate to avoid problems such as alloy calcification.
Refining
The resulting alloy still needs to be refined. This process mainly removes impurity elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, etc. By adding some reducing agents, these impurity elements are reduced and gases are formed and discharged from the alloy.
Packaging
The refined alloy is packed into packaging containers such as bags, ready for transport and sale.
Key Points In The Production Process
1. Control of ingredient proportions
The silicon ingredient ratio has a great impact on the quality of the final product and therefore needs to be controlled during the production process.
2. Control of temperature in the furnace
The control of temperature in the furnace is one of the key technologies in alloy production. Too high a temperature may cause problems such as alloy calcification, while too low a temperature may result in low yields.
3. Refining process
Refining is a very important step in alloy production. If refining is not thorough, it will have a big impact on the quality of the final product.
